RWGC Club Member Code of Conduct

1.) While we are all about free speech and open conversation we ask that all members refrain from racist or homophobic language, hate speech, and/or language that disparages people with disabilities, physical or mental handicaps, and disorders. This is your first and only warning, anyone found breaking this rule will be booted from the club and will not be allowed at club events.

2.) Never cheat. Cheating is unacceptable behavior and will not be tolerated.

3.) Always be respectful to other players, tournament organizers, members of the public, and local gaming store staff. When you become a member of RWGC you represent the club everywhere you go. Be the best representative of the club and the community that you can be.

4.) RWGC is a friendly community of gamers. We ask that you engage with your fellow club members in the spirit of mutual trust and friendship as gamers and hobbyists at all times. To that end, we ask that you refrain from making personal attacks, berating, or engaging in hostility with your fellow club members.

5.) Do not divulge the personal information of other club members. We are a regional club and many of us know each other personally. That being said not everyone wants their personal info like address, sexual orientation, family info, age etc. spoken about in public. Please be mindful of this when chatting on this server or in person.

6.) We play Warhammer to escape the day-to-day things in our lives, so please keep politics off of the server and away from the gaming table.

7.) Refrain form critique unless it is solicited by the person. If you are unsure if someone whats feedback please ask them. If you ask for critique or are asked to give critique, we request that you take all critique and feedback in the spirit it is intended, and that you make all feedback and critique that you give helpful and constructive. Please do not “roast” club members looking for feedback.

Our Admins reserve the right to ban members from our club and events who do not reflect our values as a gaming community.
